Leadership Excellence is a credential that students can earn and it applies to the majority of graduation seals/programs. While there is traditional coursework, students also have to demonstrate leadership skills by leading a team applying the skills from Leadership Excellence. This could be facilitated by allowing students to plan a service learning project that possibly culminates with a service learning day towards the end of the year to continue to grow community partnerships and promote to students to give back to the community.
